The grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked from organically certified vineyards. Each grape variety is vinified separately and the final blend is matured in oak.
The organically grown grapes (70% Catarratto & 30% Chardonnay) are hand-picked and vinified in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine is aged in oak and shows fresh aromas of grapefruit, melon and apple. Very pleasing on the palate with notes of fresh tropical fruit and pleasantly playful acidity.
