The aroma is unmistakably Sauvignon Blanc ... There is elderberry, green pepper and gooseberry, but also slightly more enveloping, tropical flavours with mango, papaya and pineapple, which simply make the wine sweeter, rounder and friendlier. A lovely companion as an aperitif or with a nice fresh salad with seafood.
