Definitely a wine to spoil yourself, which pleasantly surprised me, once again. A wine with a beautiful clean and very inviting nose, with its notes of apples, white flowers and freshly squeezed lemon. The palate is an experience, with its vivacity held back by a lovely smoothness. The final bitterness gives it even more personality. It is a very fruity and digestible white at the same time, which expresses the famous minerality. A wine for cheese platters, yellow curry dishes and fish & chips (according to the SAQ).
