Its succulent fruitiness and endlessly lingering finish render it a perfect companion for convivial luncheons. This wine originates solely from the unadulterated vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from vineyards owned by the company, ranging in age from 5 to 25 years.
The winemaking process encompasses an initial phase of gently pressing the fully ripe and impeccably healthy harvested grapes, followed by fermentation at a meticulously controlled temperature of 18-20°C. Subsequently, a four-month maturation period on the fine lees unfolds within stainless steel tanks.
Nestled within undulating terrain, the vineyard is strategically positioned to the south and east, spanning altitudes between 350 and 450 meters above sea level. The soil composition, characterized by its calcareous and clay-rich nature, is not only warm but also exceptionally well-draining.
