The Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna belongs to the classic line from the house Argiolas. The grapes for this fine white wine grow on the hills of Medio Campidano in the south of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. Costamolino is made from 100% Vermentino grapes, which are selectively harvested and gently pressed. Only the must of the first pressing is used for winemaking. The must is naturally decanted by cooling to 10-12°, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at 16-18° for 20 days and short aging on the fine lees, also at controlled temperature, before bottling this fresh white wine.
